I forgot my password.

  • Contact your administrator to reset your password.
  • A new password will be sent to your registered contact.

I did not receive my login credentials.

  • Check the Spam or Junk folder in your email.
  • Verify that your registered email address or mobile number is correct.
  • Contact your counselling organisation's support team.

Platform & Dashboard

My dashboard is not loading correctly.

  • Refresh the page and try again.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Use the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  • Disable browser extensions that may interfere with the platform.
  • Log out and log back in.

I am not receiving notifications.

  • Confirm your registered email address and mobile number are correct.
  • Check that notification permissions are enabled in your browser.
  • Ensure emails are not being filtered into Spam or Promotions.

Data or documents are not visible.

  • Confirm the enrolment process has been completed successfully.
  • Verify that appropriate permissions have been assigned to your account.
  • Contact your administrator if the issue persists.
